We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented SPANISH/ENGLISH Bilingual
Office Assistant to support our team and help deliver outstanding service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome clients and manage incoming calls and emails
• Provide administrative support to accountants and staff
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Organize and file documents, both digital and physical
• Assist with data entry and office operations
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk/workspace
Qualifications
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer use
• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask
• Prior experience in an office or customer-facing role is a plus
